Ridgewood is set to have a busy February, with a range of culinary events and restaurant openings. Several new establishments have recently opened their doors, adding to the village's diverse dining landscape.
The Ridgewood PBA is hosting a Food Truck Fest this weekend. This family-friendly event includes bounce houses, music, and a variety of food trucks for charity.
Toastique, a chain specializing in toast and juice, is opening in Ridgewood next week, offering avocado toast and other popular items. Additionally, Tatte Bakery, based in Boston, is opening its first New Jersey location in Ridgewood, expanding the bakery options in Bergen County. The Ridgewood Station Cafe held its grand opening with giveaways, located near the train station.
So Gong Dong, a Korean Tofu and BBQ restaurant, is also preparing to open in Ridgewood, offering residents a new option for Korean cuisine. These openings add to the five new restaurants that opened in North Jersey during October of 2024, and five more in April of 2025, indicating ongoing growth in the region's culinary scene.
